He received an Exercise Physiology degree from Ball State University where he was also a high jumper for the Ball State track and field team. Jeremy was a personal trainer with over 20 years of experience before helping to start VQ Labs. He quickly became a successful competitive cyclist amassing multiple podium finishes as well as becoming the Indiana state rode race champion in 2015.

In addition to his cycling background, Dan brings his academic training and 20 years’ expertise in adult education to the Velocity team. His rides are heavy on encouragement, motivation, and connecting all the science and practical skills of cycling in ways that stick. Outside of cycling and triathlon, Dan loves time with his wife and kids, epic adventuring with his friends, and building things— from Lego spaceships to non-profits to businesses to relationships.

Currently Velocity can communicate with Bluetooth devices via the Chrome platform on a PC. An IOS solution is in development as we continue to strive to make Velocity accessible across all devices and operating systems.
We are establishing partnerships with third party partners and developing workout files to be downloadable in formats that are compatible with leading fitness partners. Currently, your workouts can not automatically upload to Strava and Garmin Connect, but should be able to soon. We will be adding new partners as well.
